Installation of DDA’s design for this post war suburban property began with bush whacking and re -grading. Once completed, an overgrown front yard and sloping backyard were trans formed. The front door is now approached from the side by a generous bluestone walk toward a semi-circular stoop. A mixed perennial border to its left screens the drive and complements a newly consolidated open lawn to the right. In the rear garden, a small dining terrace now tucks into the curve of a new fieldstone wall. Lush borders flank a central lawn panel, which is now leveled, thanks to the wall. A garden gate at the far end of the lawn suggests extension of the Price’s property into a wooden public open space beyond.
